Ballet for our younger students builds on the foundations of classical ballet, introducing more structured exercises and positions. The focus is on developing good posture, body alignment, and an understanding of basic ballet terminology. Dancers will continue to enhance their flexibility and strength while learning simple choreography that fosters their expressive skills. They will be invited to take part in our yearly ballet performance at Christmas.
