Dancers at this stage work on refining their posture, alignment, and overall body awareness. There is an increased focus on stamina, flexibility, and performance quality. This grade introduces more challenging turns, leaps, and transitions, encouraging students to express their individuality through movement while maintaining technical control. Working towards their ISTD examinations.
