Grade 4 Modern As the syllabus progresses, dancers begin to explore more stylistic elements of modern dance. Students work on improving strength, agility, and the precision of their movements. The class includes more intricate patterns of movement, combining technique with performance elements to help students express character and mood within their routines.

Grade 5 Modern This class focuses on more advanced technical exercises and routines that require strong coordination, control, and performance skills. Dancers are introduced to more challenging movements, including complex turns, jumps, and intricate rhythmic patterns. There is also a greater emphasis on interpretation, allowing dancers to develop their artistry alongside technique.

Both classes work towards ISTD examinations.
